Privacy Policy

Your files stay on your device

MetaClean cleans images and videos entirely inside your web browser. Your media files are never uploaded to our servers, stored by us, or used to train any AI model.

What we collect

• Account details: if you create an account, your email address and a securely stored password.
• Usage counts: the number and type (image or video) of files you clean, so we can apply your plan limits. We do not keep file names or contents.
• Guest limits: for visitors without an account, a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address, used only to apply the free daily allowance. We never store your raw IP address.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We receive your plan, subscription status and renewal dates, never your card details.

Cookies and local storage

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser stores only what is needed for the site to work: your sign-in session and your remaining free allowance. Because these are strictly necessary, no consent banner is required.

Third parties

We use Supabase for accounts and usage counts, and Stripe for payments. Each processes data under its own privacy policy.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your account data at any time by emailing ideaas.co@gmail.com.

Changes

We may update this policy. Significant changes will be posted on this page with a new date.
