Using MetaClean

By using this website you agree to these terms. MetaClean is a product of Ideaas.

What the service does

MetaClean removes supported metadata and AI-related information from image and video files, and can add your own creator details. It does not remove visible or invisible watermarks, and some unknown or non-standard metadata may remain. We do not guarantee that cleaned files will pass any third-party AI detection.

Acceptable use

• Only process files you own or have permission to modify.
• Do not use the service to deceive, defraud, infringe copyright, or break any law or platform rule.
• Do not try to bypass plan limits or interfere with the service.

You are solely responsible for how you use your cleaned files.

Plans and payments

Free use is limited per 24 hours. Paid plans renew automatically each month or year through Stripe until cancelled. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and then returns to Free. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Accounts

Keep your login details safe. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". Always keep a copy of your original files. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for loss of data, income, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
